Sacred space is dedicated to the waking of your soul.

Sacred space is set aside for the purpose of meeting God. ✨

Sacred space is my favorite thing. Truly it is what pulls me out of bed much earlier than my body wants to. ♥️ It is the space in which I connect to my Divine Self, the space in which I meet God- each and every morning.

This is the first and most important thing you will learn when you begin working with me. It is the core, the roots and the practice that will allow you to awaken your gifts. ✨

I believe deeply in this practice. 🙏🏻 Sacred space is where I go to heal my body, and my soul . It is the place where I allow my suffering and pain to pass through me. It is a place of rest. A place of faith. A place to receive from the Divine. It is a holy place. ✨

Sacred space can be anywhere you choose. It does not have to be a perfect place, it just needs to be set aside and created to be sacred.

As the world is in deep turmoil, and pain is running through the vibrations around us- I believe the practice of creating and using a sacred space is one of the tools for us to individually heal and then collectively heal. 🙏🏻
